Responsibilities "• Own the IT CMDB strategy, design, implementation, daily operations, and adoption • Act as subject matter expert for: • Configuration Items discovery • Service mapping • Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, including lifecycle • Define, maintain, and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes • Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of CMDB data" "• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors • Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools (e.g. Intune, monitoring solution…) • Define KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions • Enable and support other ITSM processes, especially Incident and Change Management • Collaborate with IT Security, IT Enterprise Architecture, External Service Providers, Regional IT, Finance, and Business Solutions teams • Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication, documentation, training, procedures, and best practices • Support Incident Management activities when required" Preferred skills Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-ITAM,Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ConfigManagement->BMC Remedy CMDB,Technology->Infrastructure Security->IT Service Management->Servicenow Education MCA,MTech,Bachelor Of Comp.
