Responsibilities include assisting with destination and accommodation research, coordinating reservation details, responding to travel-related questions, maintaining accurate client information, and providing support throughout the travel planning process. \n Key Responsibilities • Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options • Coordinate reservation details and confirm travel information • Respond professionally to client questions and requests • Review itineraries and booking information for accuracy • Maintain organized client records and communications • Provide customer support before and after travel • Use online travel platforms and digital communication tools Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Customer-service-oriented approach • Comfortable working independently and using online systems • Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities • Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel experience is helpful but not required \n $40,000 - $50,000 a year \n Training & Development Structured onboarding and training are provided to help individuals become familiar with travel resources, reservation processes, supplier platforms, and customer service procedures.
