This is not a developmental role for someone aspiring to be an HR Manager or for someone requiring a great deal of hand holding. Wall flowers need not apply. And, this is not a position where you are just marking things off a check list. You will seek to understand processes and look beyond an instruction process sheet. A heart and a passion for doing the right thing, as well as a willingness to have difficult conversations is critical. The successful candidate is one who eagerly desires to manage the HR function at Dowa, thrives on accuracy and diligence, and establishes a partnership role with the business. The target compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 (DOE). This is not a remote work opportunity. We offer an outstanding benefits package (zero deductible healthcare plan), 3 weeks PTO, 401(k), etc. This position requires someone who is responsible, has a drive for excellence and seeks to understand systems and practices. If you appreciate the feel of a small company, enjoy a strong team environment and would like the opportunity to further develop your HR skills, this is the opportunity for you.
