Check us out: https://betterlivingvirginia.com/ Essential Duties: • Desire to learn from experienced sales staff. • Assist outside and inside sales representatives by preparing quotes, drafting professional proposals, and sourcing product technical data for client meetings. • Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and order status. • Develop a working knowledge of building materials to help guide customers toward the right solutions for their projects. • Assist customers by preparing quotes, drafting proposals, and sourcing product data for client meetings. • Accurately enter and process sales orders into the system, ensuring that delivery dates, product specifications, and pricing are exact. • Process returns/credits, and assist with general office duties as needed. *This position could lead to a commissioned salesperson position once experience is gained.
