Description • General cleaning duties: This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, washing, wiping off, hosing down, use of compressed air, vacuuming, and laundry • Ability to follow set sanitation procedures, schedules and document accordingly • May be required to fill in for other sanitation personnel due to vacations, absences, etc • Will be required to be a member of Blood-Bourne Pathogen team • Ability to read instructions and follow all safety procedures/MSDS Sheets when working with cleaning chemicals • Other duties include; cleaning sinks throughout facility, collecting/dumping garbage from restrooms and offices, restocking soap and paper towel dispensers and weekly cleaning of wash pits • Responsible for cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen and disposal of trash • Keeps storage shelves and stockrooms clean, organized with items properly stored and rotated when deliveries are made • Will be required to run Zamboni floor scrubbing machine BENEFITS: Medical &Vision, Dental, Vacation/Personal Time, 401K+Company Match, AD&D Ins., Paid Holidays, EAP, Employment Referral Program, Captive Uniform Program, Paid Jury Duty; Paid Bereavement Days; Shift Differential Requirements • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Strong organizational skills • Ability to read and follow directions • Able to follow departmental policies and procedures
