The successful candidate will serve as a direct supervisor to technician staff and interns, while performing all duties of prescription processing, consultation, immunization, and other clinical services. Key Responsibilities: • Fulfill all duties as a licensed pharmacist, including prescription processing and customer consultation. • Serve as a direct supervisor for pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring a well-organized, efficient workflow. • Provide immunizations and other clinical services in compliance with state and federal regulations. • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience. • Manage and organize inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of medications. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree. • Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio. • Certified immunizing pharmacist. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and interact with customers. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to efficiency and high-quality patient care.
