Stakeholder Coordination and Communication * Coordinate with faculty, learners, marketing, communications, admissions, academics, finance, and student affairs teams. * Support event announcements, invitations, registrations, participant communication, and event collateral. * Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of deliverables. 5. Education and Experience Required * Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. * 2–4 years of relevant experience in event management, programme coordination, campus activities, or institutional operations. * Experience in managing events, coordinating vendors, handling logistics, and working with multiple stakeholders. * Prior experience with learner communities, educational institutions, or youth-led programmes is preferred. Key Skills and Competencies * Strong event planning, coordination, and execution skills. * Excellent communication, organisation, and time management. * Effective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. * Ability to manage teams, volunteers, vendors, and multiple priorities. * Basic understanding of budgeting, procurement, and resource management. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. * A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Working Requirements * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event requirements. * Willingness to be present during event setup, execution, and dismantling. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, learner-centric environment.
