As an NSE Listed company, recognized as a CMMI Level 5 organization, a Great Place to Work Certified company, and one of the Best Places for Women, we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, excellent, and supportive Job Description: Primary Location: Engie office, Gurugram/Delhi Key activities and competencies: Ø Timely Accounting for Financial Transactions: · Accurately record vendor invoices, customer invoices, employee reimbursements, payments, and receipts. · Deliver timely and high-quality month end management accounts. · Support year end audit process and financial accounting work. Ø Monthly Accruals and Provisions: · Book monthly accruals and provisions in a timely manner. · Ensure accuracy and completeness of accruals and provisions. Ø Compliance with Local Tax Regulations: · Prepare data for tax returns and filings. Ø Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Management: · Maintain and track the Fixed Asset Register (FAR). Record depreciation and amortization for fixed assets. Ø Data Archival and Backup: · Ensure timely archival of financial data. · Maintain digital records and ensure all transactions are backed up securely. Ø Query Management and Discrepancy Resolution: · Address and resolve queries related to financial transactions. · Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Required Qualifications • Degree: CA Inter with 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance role • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind-AS and SAP - B1 software. • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel • Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial information • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Take Ownership & Result oriented Have queries?
