Ltd.Department: Project Execution / OperationsLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience: 1–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Execution & Dispatch Executive to manage solar projects from order confirmation to material dispatch, installation, and final project handover. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, logistics, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely dispatch and successful project completion. Key Responsibilities • Take end-to-end ownership of solar project execution, from order confirmation to final installation and handover. • Plan and coordinate material dispatch, transportation, and timely delivery to project sites. • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, vendors, and installation teams to ensure material availability. • Prepare project schedules, dispatch plans, and daily progress trackers. • Monitor installation progress and ensure projects are completed within committed timelines. • Maintain project-wise MIS, Excel trackers, dashboards, dispatch records, and progress reports. • Follow up on pending materials, delivery delays, and site-level execution issues. • Ensure proper dispatch documentation, delivery challans, invoices, and project completion reports. • Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve execution challenges and maintain quality standards. • Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and customer handover. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in project execution, dispatch, logistics, or site coordination. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and project tracking. • Strong coordination, follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, dispatch schedules, and deadlines.
