Description Job description: Express Lube Technicians will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance services to our valued customers. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately. • Inspect and diagnose vehicle components for potential issues • Complete basic automotive repairs, such as replacing filters, bulbs, and wipers. • Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. • Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain accurate documentation. • Communicate effectively with customers to address their automotive needs and concerns. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
