What You'll Do As a Member Services Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members by delivering exceptional service and identifying financial solutions that meet their needs. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or customer service role required • Previous banking, credit union, financial institution, or teller experience strongly preferred • Cash handling experience preferred • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills • Friendly, positive, member focused attitude • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfort with computers and financial systems • CU*Answers or credit union software is a plus Education • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related field preferred
