• Establish and maintain customer relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters • Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered in ERP - SAP • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions • Serve as primary organizational contact during contract execution • Ensure effective tracking of payment as per project terms • Engage relevant stakeholders during contract execution – Lateral leadership • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis • Provide contract-related issue resolution to team • Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance • Networking with peers internally and externally • Mentor and Guide the team for professional development
