Responsibilities also include maintaining the grounds and common areas of the property, landscaping, and general maintenance work. Qualifications • Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred. • Ability to use basic landscaping and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer). • Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.
