About the Role Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring What You Will Be Doing • Monitor daily production workflows to support operational targets and service level commitments • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex concerns as needed • Operate warehouse equipment and production tools in accordance with safety and operational standards • Coordinate inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, and production support activities • Track operational metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and quality • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions • Maintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance • Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices Required Qualifications • Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams • Proficiency using inventory, operational, or reporting systems along with standard business applications • High school diploma, GED, or skills-based equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, fulfillment, or logistics operations • Experience using operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements • Equipment certifications relevant to warehouse or production operations • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members What We Offer you At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
