FTE: 0.300000 Standard Hours: 12.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: varies (3:00p-7:30p, 3:30p-7:30p) Holidays: Rotating Weekends: Every other weekend Job Summary: Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients. Follows standardized recipes and production sheets; assures that food served is in accordance to established standards and procedures. Maintains quality standards in presentation and portion control. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and a minimum of 1 year of previous barista or retail experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Cash handling experience and ability to do basic math calculations (adding/subtracting). Ability to lift 50 pounds.
