Your future role at a glance • Location: Will float across various locations in the Austin, TX Metro area • Department: Operating Room Nurse Staffing • Schedule: Rotating l PRN • Pay: $64 per hour How you’ll make an impact in this role • Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. • Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. • Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team. • Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration • Required Credential(s): • Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. • Preferred Credential(s): • Certified Advanced Life Support . American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. • Minimum of two years of recent Operating Room nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations. • Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
