Your future role at a glance • TX Registered Pharmacist Technician Registration is required for this role. • 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician Experience is preferred. • Home Delivery experience is preferred. How you’ll make an impact in this role • Assist pharmacists with distributive services and technical support. • Maintain and refill automated dispensing systems. • Manage pharmacy department inventory, order preparation, and bulk medication repackaging. • Receive and store supplies. • Communicate with patients and act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and the pharmacy. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications. • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications. Education: • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
