American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. • Registered Nurse preferred. Education: • Masters Degree of Nursing required.
