Job Requirements Order Management deliver professional Job Description • Managing end to end logistics inclusive acquisition & execution Part • Acquisition – PO Placement, Secure Ex-factory dates, Import documents verification, alignment with Export Control & Customs team for clearance part • Execution – Dispatch documents , Billing , Stock Transfer Order , Ensure for timely /safe delivery at site as per revenue plan • 3rd Party PO placement for transport / Warehousing services . • Short supplies tracking & timely resolution • Monthly KPIs- GR/IR, GIT , MTO(Money Transfer order) closing on time • Documentation for Buyback equipment’s & execution, Availing elevate schemes for buyback /process & documentation • Documentation & execution of Scrapping of old items(Demo, expired), get scrap value from vendor & adjust in respective SO Work Experience Soft Skills - Ownership, Collaborative approach , Stakeholder management Technical skills- SAP Knowledge – Operational & Logistics related reports, Excel, Supply chain Management Domain ( Warehousing , Inventory Management , Transportation & distribution Pan India, GR/IR , Good in Transit, Supplier payment & reconciliation) Qualifications – Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma with specialization in SCM/ Logistics/Operations Management/Material Management Experience 5+ Yrs in Operations/Logistics/SCM domain
