Job Requirements Job Description | Accounting & Controlling Business Title Accounting Professional Location India Bangalore PROFILE • Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant is required with strong knowledge and implementation of IFRS & IndAS standards • Working experience of 2-4 years post qualification in Accounting & Finance. Experience with MNC manufacturing and service industry is preferred. • Extensive experience in operational & management accounting for MNC companies. • Solid knowledge of SAP FICO, RAR, MM & FA module in SAP HANA to handle monthly books closure and governance activities • Able to work independently, self-motivated, possess analytical skills and ability to adapt to changes and co-ordinate for implementation of projects with cross border colleagues • Proactive in providing accounting solutions and also advice business units on accounting matters • High familiarity with finance processes (e.g. financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting) and systems (e.g. Power BI, M365 Tools, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud) • Someone who thrives in an international environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing RESPONSIBILITY • Carry out task and the responsibility in the areas of monthly group closing activities and providing Flux analysis of balance sheet and P&L reviews to ensure the quality of books & records as per management accounting • Tight monitoring the cost bookings for management reporting and coordinate with team members in other countries in different time zones • Preparation and review of Local Financial Statements as per IndAS & support in Co-ordination for consolidating information for Statutory audits with Big4 as auditors • Building SOPs, Process notes for various accounting and controlling topics • Supporting local compliances in collaborations with business, shared services and corporate functions for topics like FEMA, Taxations, etc • Providing accounting and process guidance to various stakeholders like business units, controllers, shared service center, etc • Leading and training the team members for stabilizing & improving the accounting processes • Support in various UAT for ERP changes or other associated tools or digitalization/ automation initiatives • Support ad-hoc requirement/task (e.g. Global projects, digitalization initiatives, Hub process harmonization, trainings, etc) Your opportunities for personal growth • The opportunity to get insights into the financial overview of a country and handle varied accounting topics • Strong professional support and working with well-experienced colleagues both local and from other countries • Professional development/training opportunities within the company • Opportunities in driving regional projects
