Job Description Responsible for project management and contract administration, including scheduling, project cost control, estimating and autonomous project closeouts. Responsibilities • Monitor project budgets for optimal cost control, acting as project money manager, always striving to beat the budget. • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors/vendors for optimal production, and buyout subcontractors/vendors to maximize ROI. • Prepare and distribute MOFs. • Schedule and manage pre-production meetings with supervisors. • Accurately read, interpret, and analyze construction plans. • Review bids, estimates, and change orders for cost analysis. • Negotiate, prepare, and review contracts with clients/vendors. • Conduct detailed job cost analysis and assist production managers in the analysis of materials, subcontractors, and equipment to purchase. • Understand local market prices and stay up to date on fluctuations. • Motivate to continually improve the efficiency of the company and its crews. • Ability to schedule multiple projects utilizing computer-aided scheduling software. • Perform all other job-related tasks, as assigned.
