Responsibilities • Manage project scope, schedule, fee, and team assignments. • Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate effectively with consultants. • Oversee project documentation and quality control across all phases. • Conduct site visits, building assessments, and existing-conditions documentation. • Support project planning using benchmarks, cost data, and code research. • Facilitate client meetings and represent the firm professionally. • Travel as required for site work and client engagement. Essential Skills • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as MS Office. • 35+ years of project management experience. • 10-20 years of overall architecture experience. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. • Registered architect with a professional degree in architecture. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with academic and education-sector projects. • Collaborative and flexible approach to team leadership. • Ability to make design and technical decisions grounded in experience. Work Environment Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office per week. The position requires a collaborative approach and flexibility in team leadership. Expect to represent the firm professionally in various settings, including client meetings and site visits. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $67.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
