Overall 10-15 years of experience, with five or more years of project management, Agile/Scrum management, with an ability to manage multiple projects with good experience on onshore/offshore model projects • Experience in managing fixed bid projects • Experience in projects involving Azure, Data Engineering (Databricks and Pyspark), Business Intelligence (SSIS, SQL Server) skills. • Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, NTT leaders and other staff members.Lead the budget and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld. • Assign and track the progress of daily tasks of the team members to ensure to meet the established milestones • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. • Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders. • Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget. • Excellent skills in risk management to minimize project risks, communicate the risks to the leadership in timely manner.
