The role drives messaging platform management, Operations, modernization, and migration initiatives, while also enhancing user adoption and aligning collaboration services with organizational standards and strategic objectives. L2/L3 Admin skills on O365, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Active Directoy 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Messaging domain 2. Complete understanding and Hands on experience in: a. Exchange online administration and troubleshooting b. Identity management and EOP c. Outlook and Teams troubleshooting d. Exchange Server management and troubleshooting e. Exchange and Teams management f. ActiveSync G. MS Teams administration, Migration and troubleshooting 3. Intermediate level experience/understanding on: a. Active Directory ,Azure, IDM b. O365 groups 4. PowerShell scripting: In depth Knowledge 5. Good communication skills
