Full description

A law firm is seeking a Project Attorney with 2–6 years of experience in transaction-related projects to join its Analytics team, a multidisciplinary group of lawyers, technologists, statisticians, and process experts. The role is fully remote across the U.S. The team uses machine learning, Gen AI, and data analytics to deliver solutions for litigation and transactional matters. The Project Attorney will lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, and execution; handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for M&A, emerging companies, energy, and infrastructure matters; and use Gen AI and machine learning tools while collaborating directly with deal team attorneys, clients, and vendors. Candidates should have a J.D. and U.S. bar admission in good standing, significant eDiscovery experience (ideally including technology-assisted review), and 2–6 years of project lead or supervisory experience. Strong planning, communication, and team-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in spreadsheet, litigation support, and document review software. The expected salary range is $90,000–$135,000, with a possible annual discretionary merit bonus, comprehensive health and family benefits, a 401(k), and flexible time off.
