The role also entails coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and zoning authorities to resolve issues, negotiating coverage, and drafting various documents such as escrow instructions and loan-related papers. Additional duties involve reviewing lease abstracts, conducting searches (UCC, litigation, bankruptcy), and supporting the closing process. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work overtime.
