Responsibilities As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to: • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route • Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform • Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired • Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials • Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly • Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff • Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff • Keep customer informed about the service • Stay motivated and focused while you work independently Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
