When you join RadNet as a Mammography Technologist Team Leader, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: • Familiarity with and ability to use selected equipment (as applicable) • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives. • Back up imaging center manager on change in company/office policy, workflow and stand in when manager is off site • Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members. • Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to team members. • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations. • General computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge. • Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: • ARRT(R)(M)certification • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology • Must have BLS certification • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!
