Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience). • 4 to 7 years of experience in geotechnical, inspection, and/or land development work. • Ability to be on-site in the field 100% of the time. • Strong working knowledge of construction documents, plans, and specifications. • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT status — not required, but preferred. • Experience on heavy industrial, energy, or utility-scale construction projects. • Cal OSHA 30-hour Construction training. Compensation: $94,000 to $135,000 per year (depending on qualifications) What We Offer Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, offers competitive benefits that support our employees in their life and career.
