CMSD70423 – Business Relationship Lender – Greater Pierre, SD market Looking for a career move with great growth potential? We’re looking for a Business Development Officer to join an established, reputable bank in the Greater Pierre, South Dakota area, where “work-life balance” isn’t just a buzzword – it’s the culture. You’ll step into an experience-based, ready-made portfolio of $5 – $20 million, focusing on Commercial and Ag lending in a market where your handshake still matters and your office is just minutes away from world-class walleye fishing. This isn’t a “cog in the machine” role; we’re looking for a community-minded pro who wants to grow into senior leadership within a stable, government-backed economy (and did we mention there’s no state income tax?). If you have a background in credit and lending and are ready to trade the burnout for a collaborative environment that intentionally promotes from within, let’s talk.
