This is an in-office role reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer, responsible for analyzing a diverse portfolio of owner-occupied CRE, C and I lines with borrowing bases, construction, SBA 7(a) and 504, USDA, and a growing healthcare lending niche, with deals averaging between 1 million dollars and up to 4 million dollars with participations. You’d be spreading business and personal tax returns and CPA financials, writing credit memos for new requests and renewals, helping lenders structure deals, and handling annual reviews and covenant monitoring. The role comes with a strong base salary plus an annual bonus, a 401(k) match deposited every payroll, full benefits and no non-compete, with a clear path to Portfolio Manager and lending opportunities down the road at a well-capitalized, locally owned commercial business bank.
