This person will continue the tradition of excellent guest service and creating lasting memories for each guest. Responsibilities • Works with a CRM(Spell out) program to manage all customers’ needs. • Daily phone communication with external and internal guests. • Post missing points to customer accounts. • Facilitate membership enrollments. • Member account maintenance. • Manages and creates gift cards. • Limited website work. • Answer phones and emails as they come in. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications • 1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required. • Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails. • Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
