SUMMARY OF JOB SUMMARY OF JOB: The Nursing Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs the assigned tasks of direct patient care, clerical duties and some housekeeping duties. Acts as a patient/customer advocate and Redeemer Health representative, meeting patient/family needs throughout the hospital experience.
