You will meet our customers' heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations, including Split Systems, Ductwork, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Condensers, Thermostats, IAQ products, and more. SIGN-ON BONUS! ● Up to $2,000 for Individuals* ● Up to $5,000 for Crews* Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: ● Minimum of 2-years of experience leading a crew in residential HVAC. ● Technical ability to perform all HVAC installation work. ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record ● Ability to lift 100 lbs. ● Ability to work safely from a ladder. ● Excellent communication skills with customers and our office team. ● Organized & process-oriented. ● Professional appearance and driven-to-succeed personality.
