Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Waldorf, MD |
Become the BCBA You Wanted to Be: Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.
Base Salary: $90,500 - $102,500 + Retention Bonus of $40K + $10K Sign On + $18K Performance Bonus
We asked BCBAs what actually matters to them, then we built it.
• A caseload you can actually manage: Average 8 - 10 clients
• A mentor in your corner: Area Clinical leaders in your center every week, not on a virtual call
• Peers you can connect with: 300+ BCBAs across 6 states you can actually talk to
• Less admin work: Dedicated center staff handle scheduling, billing, and staffing logistics
• Case support: Structured collaboration and high-level clinical access when you need it
• CEUs without hunting: Monthly CEUs, national conference, academic partnerships
• A path forward and upward: A defined career ladder that focuses on your growth as a clinician
Time Off, Work Schedule, and Workload
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Time Off: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
• CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Time off means time off.
• Manageable Caseloads: Caseload is typically capped at 8-10 enrolled clients.
• Dedicated Center Administrators handle scheduling logistics, so your time stays focused on clinical work.
Education and Career Growth
• 4 Weeks of structured onboarding and ongoing training for new BCBAs
• A defined career trajectory: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Clinical Specialist → Clinical Mentor → Master Clinician → Sr. Director of Clinical Services → Area Director → Regional Director of Operations
• Clinical education that keeps up: Access to a full CEU library, 30+ hours of live CEUs annually, and additional CEUs at our annual BCBA conference.
• University Partnerships: Along with tuition discounts and reimbursements
• Company-paid: State licensure renewal and supervision training
Benefits
• Medical, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with eligibility from day one
• FSA and supplemental coverage options
• Short and long-term disability
• Employee assistance program

Why clinic based?
• The clinicians who grow fastest, do it through real-time coaching, daily peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior leadership.

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
