Overview Dental Hygienist xxxx | Benevis $xxxx/hour plus production pay Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and continuing education support What We Offer • Competitive pay • Bi-weekly uncapped production bonus • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match • Flexible spending accounts, PTO, and paid company holidays • Flexible scheduling • Continuing education reimbursement • Company-paid certification training — CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, and more What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst • Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient • Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision • Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene • Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history • Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed • Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed • Follow all government regulations and company standards What You'll Need • Current state Dental Hygienist license • CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire) About Benevis • Benevis creates over a million happy, healthy smiles a year across more than 2,000 team members nationwide.
