Overview • Support tax compliance and accounting for a dynamic, expanding US business. • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure tax accuracy. • Develop innovative processes to streamline tax reporting and compliance. • Gain exposure to diverse tax regimes and advisory opportunities. • Utilize advanced tools to enhance tax processes and automation. • Forecast and manage tax liabilities and cash flows effectively. • Support tax provisions under ASC 740 and IAS 12 standards. • Engage with tax authorities to address and resolve tax matters. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Oversee external service providers for federal, state, and local tax compliance. • Ensure timely preparation and submission of accurate tax deliverables. • Develop and refine processes for generating tax reporting data. • Implement automation and AI tools to optimize tax workflows. • Analyze and forecast tax liabilities for organizational planning. • Prepare current and deferred tax provisions under applicable standards. • Provide technical expertise and guidance on US tax matters. • Draft responses and manage resolutions for tax authority inquiries. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience, with 4 years preferred. • Comprehensive knowledge of US tax compliance and reporting standards. • Experience with ASC 740 and IAS 12 tax provisions. • Proficiency in utilizing automation and AI tools for tax processes. • Strong ability to manage external service providers effectively. • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders. • Hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility and teamwork opportunities.
