Sales Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and homebuyers to drive traffic and sales. • Provide exceptional follow-up and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships. • Ensure compliance with real estate licensing requirements and maintain active licensure. • Collaborate with the community team to enhance sales strategies and improve customer experiences. • Work weekends and designated weekdays to maximize sales opportunities and community engagement. • Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize sales approaches and strategies. Sales Manager Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, with a focus on business or related fields preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in new construction/home builder sales; 10 years preferred. • Active PA real estate license or NJ license with eligibility to obtain PA licensure. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. • Strong closing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills essential for success. • Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday schedules to meet client needs. • Comfortable developing realtor/broker relationships and generating additional traffic. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
