Director of FP&A Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; 7 years preferred. • Proven leadership experience in managing FP&A teams and driving strategic initiatives. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel capabilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
