Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications Key Responsibilities & Duties • Develop and execute investor-facing campaigns to enhance engagement and fundraising efforts. • Create and maintain marketing materials ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging. • Manage social media strategies, sponsored content, and digital campaigns for optimal visibility. • Craft and deploy HTML emails and investor communications tailored to audience segmentation. • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to measure effectiveness. • Coordinate fundraising activities, ensuring timely and accurate investor and marketing data management. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality presentations and reports. • Lead strategic projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Represent the firm professionally in external engagements and stakeholder communications. Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service, preferably in a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, investor relations, or capital formation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating impactful presentations. • Experience with tools like HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe InDesign. • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and with ownership in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills for engaging with external stakeholders and representing the firm. • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on high-quality execution and creative solutions. • Interest in mentoring and contributing to team development and growth.
