Job Requirements • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred. • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects effectively and efficiently. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential. • Ability to work on-site and travel as required to meet project demands. • Director-level experience in overseeing construction operations is highly desirable.
