Overview • Contribute to the management and analytics of asset-backed debt investments in a dynamic and collaborative environment. • Extract, analyze, and manage collateral data to support risk management and reporting processes. • Collaborate with technology teams to develop and maintain centralized data platforms and ETL pipelines. • Apply AI tools for structured data extraction from diverse borrower documents and tapes. • Assist in building BI dashboards to provide actionable insights across portfolio data. • Engage with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights for critical business decisions. • Standardize workflows and maintain documentation of data flows and mappings. • Work in an entrepreneurial environment fostering collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Extract, validate, and load borrower and servicer data tapes into management systems. • Develop ETL pipelines and scripts for automating data ingestion workflows. • Utilize AI tools for parsing unstructured data into structured formats. • Collaborate with technology teams to design and test data pipeline components. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency for internal and external reporting. • Build and maintain BI dashboards for portfolio analytics and risk management. • Manage borrowing base reviews and borrower compliance tracking. • Document workflows and data mappings to ensure clarity and standardization. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in asset management, private credit, or structured finance. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and automation. • Knowledge of AI/LLM APIs for document parsing and data extraction. • Experience with financial data tapes and cashflow modeling. • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
