Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities & Duties • Ensure accurate allocation of PNL and expenses for compensation calculations. • Calculate variable compensation for employees with complex structures. • Prepare journal entries and maintain reconciliations of compensation expenses. • Act as a subject matter expert for the variable compensation platform. • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance platform functionality. • Coordinate platform maintenance, including updates and testing. • Compile and prepare financial reports for leadership and strategy heads. • Assist in modeling hypothetical compensation scenarios for recruitment. • Implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
