Licensed Practical Nurse Overview • The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide essential clinical support in a dynamic healthcare environment, assisting providers in delivering high-quality patient care. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals. • Support Point of Care (POC) procedures, including rapid testing, sample collection, and vaccinations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. • Perform small medical procedures such as wound care and OBGYN-related tasks under supervision. • Maintain infection control standards and respond promptly to patient emergencies. • Work closely with providers to manage patient flow, room setups, and follow-up on laboratory results. • Participate in vaccination clinics and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. • Engage with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ community, ensuring inclusive and respectful care. • Utilize Epic EMR or similar systems to document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
