Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties • Manage and validate master data across enterprise systems, ensuring data quality and consistency. • Resolve user tickets related to enterprise applications, escalating complex issues as needed. • Perform monthly data quality checks and lead clean-up efforts to reduce reconciliation issues. • Maintain EPM dimensions and hierarchies aligned with Oracle Fusion COA. • Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher tools. • Support SOX compliance by adhering to change control procedures and maintaining documentation. • Assist in regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates, documenting results and identifying defects. • Track and report service metrics, including ticket resolution and response times. Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise application support or master data management. • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including General Ledger and data structures. • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools. • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and core finance processes. • Preferred experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and Kyriba treasury management systems. • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for data analysis tasks. • Oracle Cloud certification and SQL skills are advantageous.
