Key Responsibilities & Duties • Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Supervise and review work completed by staff accountants, fostering quality and adherence to standards. • Provide strategic accounting and advisory services to clients across various industries. • Train, mentor, and develop junior team members, encouraging professional growth and skill enhancement. • Maintain and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact. • Stay current on industry developments, tax laws, and accounting standards to provide informed recommendations. • Collaborate with firm leadership to implement best practices and drive operational efficiency. • Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and team collaboration.
