AI Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties • Develop and deploy AI applications using Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Design and optimize prompt engineering frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases. • Monitor AI model performance, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards. • Develop AI-driven tools for research, reporting, knowledge management, and process automation. • Provide technical expertise in Python programming and AWS cloud services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI applications within the investment management industry. AI Engineer Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required. • 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or cloud-based application development. • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AWS cloud services. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, and LLM-based applications. • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, API integrations, and AI application development. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in hybrid environments. • Preferred experience in building chatbots, copilots, or agent-based AI solutions. • Exposure to financial services, hedge funds, asset management, or investment-related environments is advantageous.
