Superintendent Job Requirements • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred. • Proficiency in project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling. • Experience managing high-volume, smaller-scale projects with multiple concurrent tasks. • Strong knowledge of self-perform capabilities in drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements. • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
