Project Manager/Estimator Overview • The Project Manager/Estimator will oversee and estimate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project execution. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary resources. • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status. • Support the development of new business opportunities through accurate project proposals.
