Tax Director Key Responsibilities & Duties • Lead and expand the tax practice, focusing on growth and client satisfaction. • Deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to diverse clients. • Oversee tax return preparation for individuals and business entities. • Conduct tax research to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. • Develop budgets, assign workloads, and prepare operational reports. • Drive practice growth through business development and service expansion. • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex tax issues for clients. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing tax team. • Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative practices and technologies.
